1. Do not post copyright-infringing material.
Providing or asking for information on how to illegally obtain copyrighted materials is forbidden. The posting of any copyrighted material on our web site is strictly prohibited. No subject matter will be allowed whose purpose is to defeat existing copyright or security measures. If a user persists and/or the activity is obviously illegal the administrators reserve the right to remove such content and/or ban the user. This would also mean encouraging the use or continued use of any pirated software is not permitted, and subject to the same consequences.2. No Spam, Advertising, Self-promotion in the forum.
This forum defines spam as unsolicited advertisement for goods, services and/or other web sites, or posts with little, or completely unrelated content. Do not spam the forums with links to your site or product, or try to self-promote your website, business or forums etc. The use of promotion codes, coupon codes, or any other incentive-based format is prohibited. Spamming also includes sending private messages to a large number of different users. Posting links in order to generate affiliate commissions is not permitted at Studio H, LLC. Any posts that are deemed to be posted in order to generate affiliate commissions, regardless of the product being promoted, will be deleted. If a user continues to create affiliate SPAM posts, they will be suspended and or banned from the forum.3. Do not ask for email addresses or phone numbers in the forum. Your account may be suspended or banned permanently, and your posts may be deleted.
4. Do not post “offensive” posts, links or images.
This is a web site for artists and individuals of all ages interested in the arts. There will be no use of profanity, no racial, ethnic, gender-based insults or any other personal discriminations. Use common sense while posting. Any material which constitutes defamation, harassment, or abuse is strictly prohibited. We understand there is natural beauty in the human body; we ask that any photos or pictures posted are of a “PG-13” rating content, as there may be children on our site and in our forum who may be under 13 years of age with adult approval, permission, and supervision. Material that is sexually or otherwise obscene, ***********, warez products, racist, anti-Semitic, or otherwise overly discriminatory is not permitted in this forum, this includes user pictures. Any material found to have violated this rule will be removed immediately by the administrators and the user who posted material or content may receive a warning, suspension, and or banned from use of the forum and or website.5. What happens if I break a rule?
If you break a rule, then you will either be warned, suspended, or banned from the forum or website. A ban of your user account may either be temporary or permanent.
